“We had an amazing private tour of the Douro Valley with Alfredo. There were 4 in our group and every one of us enjoyed the whole day. Alfredo is very nice, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the Douro Valley, wine, and Portugal. Alfredo’s van is spotless and very comfortable. Alfredo is a great driver and we felt safe the whole time even though the roads are sometimes narrow and curvy. Our first stop was at a small vineyard where the owner took us on a tour of the vineyard and taught us all about growing grapes and making wine in the Douro Valley. We also had wine and olive oil tastings there and all the wines and olive oil were excellent. We went to a second vineyard for a tasting and a delicious lunch. This was a really beautiful place with nice views and excellent service in the restaurant. After lunch we went on the river cruise. There were other people on the river cruise, which we expected from the description of the tour. Alfredo accompanied us on the boat and explained about the area while we were going down the river. Our last wine tasting was at beautiful vineyard with a hotel on the property that overlooks the Douro Valley, again beautiful views and great wine. Alfredo’s tour exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend this tour! You will be missing out if you pick any another tour company.”

“Treating my family from Hong Kong to this private wine tour in Douro Valley was the highlight of our trip (or any vacation for that matter). The lunch at Quinta Da Pacheca was exquisite (the sea bass and port wine cake were some of the best dishes we had in Porto). This was, without a doubt, the most flawlessly executed tour out there. We were able to soak in magnificent views, learn and sample the best wine Douro has to offer, and enjoy a gourmet 3 course meal. Alfredo really goes above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Extremely glad we chose this tour!”
